Experiences & Skills:

• 3+ Years PHP OOP programming experience
• Strong Javascript
• NoSQL/MongoDB
• NodeJS
• MySQL, relational database, design knowledge
• Good with Javascript frameworks such as jQuery or backbone
• Writing clean code with good documentation practices (i.e. PHPDoc)
• Takes best practices seriously
• Familiar with LAMP stack
• Fundamental understanding of Web Services APIs/REST/SOAP/XML/XSLT
• Version control systems (CVS, SVN, or GIT)
• Solid HTML/HTML5/CSS3 skills
• Basic Linux and system administration knowledge
• Memcache/APC
• Recognizing security issues (web vulnerabilities, cross-site scripting, and SQL injections)

Pluses:

• High traffic web experience
• Amazon Cloud Services (EC2/S3/RDS)
• Scaling/Load Balancing Web Servers and Databases
• nginx
